Inizio Engage is recruiting a Finance Assistant to support the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes and contributing to the overall accuracy and reliability of financial records.

Your new role

• Support
  -
  - day finance operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions;
  
  
  
  
• Assist inmanaging accounts payable and receivable, maintaining clear records and following up on outstanding items;
  
  
  
  
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure alignment between bank statements and internal records;
  
  
  
  
• Prepare and post accounting journals in accordance with internal procedures and reporting deadlines;
  
  
  
  
• Contribute to the
  - end and
  - end closing processes by ensuring accurate financial data and documentation;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve financial queries and support audit preparation;
  
  
  
  
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality across all
  - related activities.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience of 2 to 3 years or more in a similar finance role;
  
  
  
  
• Strong command of English (written and spoken);
  
  
  
  Spanish knowledgeis a strong asset;
  
  
  
  
• Solid understanding of financial processes, particularly in accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations;
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems or ERPs;
  
  
  
  
• Attentionto detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
  
  
  
  
• Strong organizational and
  - management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines;
  
  
  
  
• Ability to workindependently while collaborating effectively with other departments.
