MAIN TASKS:Perform reconciliations between
- office inventories and accounting records to ensure data consistency. Identify and analyze discrepancies , providing detailed justifications and explanations for any variances. Determine and execute necessary accounting or financial adjustments to ensure accurate reporting. Justify and document alert controls , including unusual balances, inconsistencies in monthly balances, and reversals of debit/credit positions. Support and contribute to quarterly closing controls to enhance the quality and reliability of financial data. Analyze and explain differences arising from various accounting standards. Perform P&L control for financing business lines , including margin analysis, commission levels (individual and provision), and funding consistency. Analysis & Reporting Tasks:Process and review manual accounting entries. Monitor and validate internal transactions. Produce audit trails and documentation in response to audit inquiries or internal reviews. YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:Proven experience in Bank Accounting , Reconciliation , or Financial Control. Familiarity with financial products , ideally Fixed Income instruments. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial schemes. Proficiency in Excel. Plus to have experience with SUMMIT (preferably for
