As a Finance Business Partner, you won’t just manage numbers — you’ll shape our future.

Working hand-in-hand with our Board in Geneva, you’ll have a direct impact on our expansion strategy, supporting all our group entities, including Portugal and Italy. Your mission will be to build a strong, scalable, and efficient financial engine across multiple geographies that fuels our ambitions.

We are not looking for someone to "just do the job", we are looking for someone who wants to own the role, bring ideas to the table, drive change, and make an impact across the group.

? Your Key Responsibilities

Finance & Business Operations

• Lead end-to-end accounting activities and performance analysis
• Manage monthly,
  - annual, and annual closings
• Ensure tax compliance and client contract management
• Provide financial insights to help us reach our growth objectives across all entities, particularly Portugal and Italy

Payroll & People Data Management

• Manage the full payroll process in coordination with HR
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of social contributions reporting

Business Partnering & Strategic Projects

• Act as a key business partner to our leadership in Lisbon, Geneva, and across all group subsidiaries
• Support centralized operations, expense tracking, and financial controls
• Drive tool implementation, process optimization, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate on cross-functional,
  - impact projects at the group level

? Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and payroll (mandatory)
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you challenge the status quo and think big
• Business-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ready to grow into a leadership role (FP&A, financial strategy…) with multi-country scope
