The Planning & Controlling Department plays a critical role in supporting strategic
- making across global operations. The department oversees planning and budgeting, analyzes financial trends, and provides actionable insights to support profitability and sustainable growth.

Job Summary

The Finance Business Partner reports directly to the regional controller or Head of Corporate Planning and Controlling and works closely with the VP Operations. The role is responsible for country management accounts and all finance aspects related to the country business.

Key Tasks & Activities

• Management Reporting: Produces monthly management reports for the Finance Director, creates forecasts based on latest data, prepares monthly cost reports for the Operations VP, manages the full budget process, and presents financial data to plants and senior management.
• Analysis of Financial Data: Answers questions on country finance, produces detailed analyses, leads improvement projects, ensures corporate procedures are followed, and reports timely management information to the Board and Directors.
• Liaison with Professional Advisors: Provides financial information to external advisors.
• Corporate Controller: Oversees, reviews, and consolidates contracts in a specific geography, and responds to questions from senior management.

Who we are looking for…

Background and Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent;
• 2-5 years of experience in Controlling, Auditing, or Finance;
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Proven experience with SAP is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
