We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) who thrives at the intersection of accounting, transformation, and
- functional collaboration. In this role, you will shape finance processes globally, drive key transformation projects and act as a trusted partner to management and business operations.

• Act as the
  - to partner for our Business Area Accounting Managers – providing structure, insights, and direction on complex finance topics
• Drive and coordinate
  - functional finance projects, from SAP
  - outs to new regulatory implementations and process improvements
• Support with selected complex accounting issues (e. G. reorganizational topics) together with Business Area Accounting Managers, providing structure and clear resolution paths
• Contribute to M&A activities by supporting integration of accounting processes, aligning policies, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Support in coordinating
  - end and
  - end closing processes and support in resolving specific issues of individual entities
• Serve as the interface between Group Tax and Business Area companies, coordinating on topics such as
