Who Are We Looking For?
- A University Degree in Economics, Finance or Management
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Finance positions (e. g. , finance business partnering, financial planning)
- Able to translate, interpret and communicate data in a meaningful way and understand market dynamics
- Consumer‑first mindset with ability to collaborate, build and manage relationships with different departments across the organization
- Strong technical background, combined with business acumen, for business partnering role
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical mindset with proficient technical skills (advanced Excel and Power
Point, knowledge of Power BI and PMI systems as a strong plus)

How Can You Make History With Us?
- Act as key point of contact for multiple business counterparts to support the preparation and presentation of the annual budget and rolling forecast cycles, including market evolution, volume assumptions based on historical trends and commercial strategy; support the assessment of pricing scenarios.
- Support the financial planning and performance management of SFP categories, navigating pricing and cost structures, market dynamics and trends and go‑to‑market strategies contributing to the development of strategic proposals.
- Participate in strategic development projects with business counterparts to improve net revenue delivery, protect and maximise profitability and volume; support the preparation of meaningful and accurate Business Cases and other Financial Planning Scenarios, leveraging different data sources and commercial insights.
- Balance a commercial and consumer‑oriented mindset, maintain close working relationships with other key stakeholders and act as co‑pilot to the business by providing specialized Finance support.
- Prepare internal presentations (regular or ad‑hoc) for different forums ensuring accurate, appropriate, and meaningful content.
- Contribute to the development of a multi‑category approach by integrating insights between new and mature categories, while evaluating evolving consumer behaviours and their impacts on overall portfolio strategy and financial planning.
Valid EU work permit to work in Portugal.
