The Finance Capital Markets Products Controller mission is to ensure the reliability, sincerity, integrity and exhaustiveness of the accounting delivered by the upstreams chains (Front to Back) and organisation (Operations – Back and Middle Office). This position works actively as a finance business partner.

Your Main Activities Are

• Ensure level one accounting control on a dedicated perimeter of products within the team and ensure proper justification on all accounting control, including reconciliation with operations data inventory and reconciliation of sensitive accounts.
• Ensure good collaboration with all partners and animate the relationship by anticipating any known issues (pre‑closing), ensure fluid communication during the closing period and formalise issues and present them to avoid them next time (post‑closing).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the control set‑up and ensure permanent evolutions are realised to avoid manual adjustment.
• Formalise team procedures and operating guides, including participation in training and coaching for new joiners; formalisation of onboarding materials; and active participation in management and department staff meetings.
• Contribute or lead projects related to the efficiency of the processes and systems, proposing new developments or improvements in the existing chain to secure processes and reduce operational risk.
• Support and cover N‑1 during its absences or unavailability on parallel perimeters.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Postgraduate in Economics, Finance and Accounting.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of MS Office Pack, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills, oral & written.
• Ability to deliver.

• Analytical ability.
