Position: Finance Consultant – Product Costing (SAP S/4HANA)

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Consultant with expertise in Product Costing for SAP S/4HANA, experienced in driving global projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or Controlling

Experience
- 7–10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in S/4HANA R2R
- Proven track record in end-to-end implementations and global rollouts
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, particularly:
- Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting
- Intercompany Accounting

Technical & Functional Skills
- Deep expertise in SAP configuration and integration
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in manufacturing, production, and inventory accounting
- Strong background in cost accounting principles (fixed/variable costs, overhead allocation, margin analysis)
- Thorough knowledge of data requirements and SAP cost valuation flows

Leadership & Communication
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and act as SME for R2R processes
- Skilled in collaborating with business stakeholders and translating requirements into SAP solutions
- Experience driving process standardization across global environments

Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience with cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Strong background in global template design and multi-country deployments
