Role

• Handle administrative requests and queries and support Financial Director;
• Compiles budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets;
• Organizes documentation for Accountant;
• Prepares periodically cost statements or reports;
• Updates and maintains office policies and procedures;
• Submits and reconcile expense report;
• Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information;
• Stay current with all regulations, practices, tax laws and reporting requirements.

Profile

• Academical degree in Finance, account or similar areas;
• 5 + years of proven experience in similar functions;
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular);
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to
