- car connectivity and ongoing links with the outside world through our scalable solutions. We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Manager to take on one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage internal finance procedures, ensuring compliance with controls and best practices.
• Oversee
  - end closing, coordinate with shared services, and meet deadlines.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting across business operations, R&D, and programs.
• Analyze financial data, including variance analysis, margins, and costs.
• Monitor profitability and cash flow, maximizing financial efficiency.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
• Collaborate with shared services and regional finance teams on intercompany flows, pricing, and margins.
• Support program controllers in tracking progress, costs, and capitalization.
• Improve finance tools, dashboards, and ERP workflows to support scalability.
• Maintain accurate balance sheets, ensure audit readiness, and uphold financial integrity.
• Ensure adherence to Forvia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management daily.
• Perform additional related tasks to support team and organizational goals.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or related field.
• Experience managing a small finance team.
• 5–8 years in finance/controlling, with the ability to handle complexity.
• Comfortable managing AP/AR processes and
  - ups.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. ).
• Detail-oriented,
  - minded, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and stay composed under pressure.
• Experience in startups is a plus.
