- car continuity and ongoing connectivity through our scalable and adaptable solutions. We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Manager eager to take on one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage internal finance procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial best practices.
• Oversee
  - end closing processes, prepare instructions for our shared services team, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes across business operations, R&D, and programs.
• Analyze financial data to extract insights, including variance analysis, margins, and standard costs.
• Monitor profitability and cash flow, ensuring optimal financial performance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments from vendors and to customers.
• Collaborate with shared services and regional finance teams on intercompany flows, pricing, and margins.
• Support program controllers in tracking progress, costs, and capitalization.
• Enhance finance tools, dashboards, and ERP workflows to support scalable systems.
• Maintain the integrity of the balance sheet, ensure audit readiness, and keep financial statements accurate.
• Ensure the daily implementation of the Forvia Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
• Perform other related tasks to support team and organizational goals.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or related field.
• Experience managing a small finance team.
• 5–8 years in finance/controlling, with the ability to handle complex situations.
• Proficiency in AP/AR processes and
  - up.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Detail-oriented,
  - driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
