We are growing our international Customer Experience team and looking for motivated professionals to join a dynamic, multicultural environment.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients via chat, phone, and email, delivering accurate, empathetic, and timely solutions. You will play a key role in resolving inquiries, managing complaints, supporting investigations, and identifying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support across chat, phone, and email channels.
• Handle and resolve complex cases independently from start to finish.
• Assist in investigations and dispute resolution.
• Guide and support customers in sensitive situations.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team development.
• Adapt to a

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English (C1/C2 – mandatory).
• Minimum 12 months' experience in customer service, banking, finance, or insurance.
• Experience in Ireland or another English-speaking environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy, and
  - focused mindset.
• Excellent
  - solving and
  - making skills.
• Adaptable, resilient, and eager to take on challenges.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
