What You'll Do
This role sits within the EMESA Finance Gen
AI & Tech Enablement Central Team, a regional team that collaborates with and serves all local finance teams across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. The role combines two key aspects: building technical solutions as well as understanding business needs and opportunities.

The person will work closely with program owners and an extended team of
- savvy colleagues across the region to build practical solutions that enhance finance processes and then support their rollout and scaling.

In this role you will use a wide range of tools and platforms to turn use cases, concepts, and ideas into functioning solutions. An important part of the job is also helping teams adopt and use these solutions effectively by understanding their needs and explaining the technology in clear, practical terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & support scalable solutions:
- Build tech solutions, tools, models, data backends, visualizations, dashboards, automations, Gen
AI solutions etc. using relevant tools. - Support the scaling of solutions developed by the team.
Understand business needs:
- Connect the technical side with business needs by understanding what finance teams do

- day, identifying opportunities, gaps, challenges, and use cases, and translating them into practical solutions.
Enable adoption & upskilling:
- Support
- out efforts and
- on implementation of solutions across different finance functions and teams. - Explain tool functionality and demonstrate use cases in an accessible,
- friendly way. - Contribute to training content and support “Train the Trainer” initiatives.
Collaborate with Core & peer teams:
- Work closely with Core Team colleagues on build, design and delivery of solutions.
- Engage with Peer Group members across systems on relevant topics and initiatives
What You'll Bring
Key competencies:
Technical skills & knowledge:
- Experienced in using tools such as: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Chat
GPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio,
- code / automation tools etc. - Experience in coding (e. g. , Python, SQL, VBA etc. ) would be an advantage.
Collaborative & curious:
- Thrives in collaborative,
- paced environments. Loves building and experimenting with tech, brings a learner’s mindset, and enjoys translating technology into understandable language for
- technical users.
Communication & stakeholder engagement:
- Able to conduct interviews, gather requirements, and explain technical concepts, tools, and solutions simply and effectively to diverse teams.
Practical execution:
- A “doer” who enjoys
- on tasks, solving problems, and building usable outputs that create real impact.
Experience & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in a relevant role such as analytics, automation, Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), data engineering or similar technical/business support functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; English fluency required.
