• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally in industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost accounting
• Commercial and analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with financial systems integration and change environments

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting directly to the Divisional Finance Director, this role is a key member of the local and divisional management team. Core duties will include:

• Strategic Leadership – Drive financial strategy and support ambitious business targets
• Growth Projects – Lead financial support on expansion into new markets and acquisitions
• Control Environment – Implement and maintain strong financial controls and governance
• Performance Monitoring – Deliver robust reporting, forecasting and gap analysis
• Group Integration – Ensure smooth alignment with Group financial processes and systems
• Risk & Compliance – Manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead audits
• Process Improvement – Identify and implement finance process efficiencies
• Stakeholder Communication – Provide clear, timely financial insights to internal stakeholders
