What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role

This experience level:

• Minimum experience of 3 years in activities related to Economics, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent, preferably in consulting;

• Experience in projects to implement business solutions;

• Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes in the Financial areas;

• Experience of working within teams that use AGILE methodology (preferred);

• Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT. These hard skills:

• Degree in Economics, IT Management, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent;

• Solid knowledge in business processes in the financial area such as: general and analytical accounting, budgeting (preferred), treasury and cash flow, salary processing (preferred), financial and fiscal management (notions of), management control (preferred);

• Good perception of business processes in an organizational context (preferred);

• Basic notions of data structures;

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of business applications (ERP´S) such as Microsoft Dynamics, PHC, SAP, SAGE;

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of the AGILE methodology (preferred);

• Fluency in written and oral English

• Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set;

• Capacity and Talent for resources management (time, human and material);

• Motivation to achieve individual and team goals;

• Aptitude for organization and analytical reasoning;

• Availability to travel (within and outside the country) within the scope of specific projects;
