Mission: The Finance Graduate will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department in various accounting and financial tasks, contributing to the hotel's success by optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position is essential for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in ME Lisbon's financial management.

What You'll Have to Do?

• Record and classify accounting documentation: Ensure compliance with current standards.
• Process invoicing and perform bank reconciliations: Control costs and ensure accuracy in records.
• Analyze financial statements and KPIs: Evaluate the hotel's financial performance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable: Maintain updated and accurate records.
• Use accounting software: Optimize accounting processes through technological tools.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts: Support the hotel's financial planning.

What We're Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting completed . Preference for candidates registered with the Order of Certified Accountants.
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge in accounting, finance, and cost management. Ability to interpret financial statements and accounting reports. Knowledge of taxation in the hotel sector. Ability to work with KPIs and collaborate in cost optimization.
• Behavioral Skills: Motivation, willingness to learn, organization, attention to detail,
  - solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Languages: Portuguese and English (mandatory), Spanish (valued).
• No previous professional experience required .
• Must be eligible to undertake an IEFP professional internship.
