We are expanding our international Customer Experience team and are looking for motivated professionals who want to grow in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients via chat, phone, and email, providing accurate, empathetic, and timely solutions. You will play a vital role in resolving inquiries, managing complaints, supporting investigations, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support across chat, phone, and email.
- Manage and resolve complex cases independently, from start to finish.
- Assist with investigations and dispute resolution.
- Guide customers through sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the team's continuous improvement.
- Adapt quickly to a
- paced, evolving business environment.
Your Profile
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level – mandatory).
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in customer service, banking, finance, or insurance.
- Experience working in Ireland or another English-speaking environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with empathy and a
- first approach. - Excellent

- making abilities. - Resilient, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges.
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
