We are looking for 6 new interns in our Lisbon office as :

Order to Cash Intern - Record to Report Intern - Account Payable Intern

Our Lisbon Office is a Business Service Center supporting European plants in Finance, Procurement and IT fields.

Order to Cash Intern – Corporate Finance department

Your activities :

• Learn how to apply concepts such as monthly and annual closing procedures, as well as credits and debits
• Apply customer invoice validation concepts
• Preparing and sending customer prototype quotes
• Learn about Customer Master Data Maintenance, Customer Contract validation, Selling Price Maintenance in SAP and Billing Documents Bookings

Record to Report Intern – Corporate Finance department

Your activities :

• Learn to perform general accounting operations and accounting entries, banks and reconciliations in SAP software
• Practical application of
  - company accounting concepts, such as accruals, reconciliations, reports, factoring, fixed assets (depreciations and reconciliations)
• Coordination with stakeholders in order to deliver a
  - quality work

Accounts Payable Intern – Management Control and Accounting department

Your activities :

• Perform day to day management of all invoices received ensuring correct sorting, coding, approval and matching of invoices with receipts
• Promote optimization of accounting process and procedures
• Learn how to manage data from global suppliers through global communication and how to connect invoices and suppliers using SAP system.

Your profile

• You study Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent (at least Bachelor-level)
• You have good MS Office knowledge, especially with Excel.
• You speak English fluently
• You are eligible to an internship (IEFP)
• Willing to learn
• Rigor & Organization
• Result oriented and resilient

• 1149, 50€ monthly compensation
