What will you do as our Finance Lead?

• Financial Leadership and Compliance: Oversee the monthly closing process and the annual Business Plan, working closely with certified accountants. Ensure the financial and accounting practices of local country operations are of the highest quality, driving improvements in closing procedures and routines.
• Risk Management and Audit Framework: Monitor and control key financial reporting risks, developing a robust local audit framework. Act on auditor feedback to enhance controls and ensure diligent
  - up on identified issues.
• Team Management and Development: Lead and manage the local financial and accounting team, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
• Financial Analysis and Profitability: Spearhead initiatives to refine financial analysis, aiming to boost profitability and inform strategic
  - making.
• Project Support and Budgeting: Offer comprehensive support in project and strategic budgeting, ensuring thorough
  - up and alignment with overall business goals.
• Reporting and Representation: Deliver detailed financial reporting to management, embodying the finance department in system development and implementation projects.
• Cashflow Management: Play a key role in managing and reporting on cash flow, enhancing the company's financial stability and growth prospects.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite or Gsuite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, accounting, and audit frameworks.
