Core Tasks / Responsibilities

• Updating and supervising the current controlling financial model
• Updating and supervising the current business plan financial model
• Controlling cash flow and working capital management (receivables and payables)
• Invoicing, payments and account/bank reconciliation
• Participating in and preparing meetings with governance bodies and investors to discuss performance and other financial matters
• Providing monthly forecasts, managing actual expenditures, and creating Excel-based reports
• Driving process, system, and control improvement initiatives

Requirements and Skills

• Certified Accountant is highly appreciated
• Relevant education for the job (e. g. , management, economics, finance)
• 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance as Financial Controller, Lead or CFO
• Proven experience and knowledge of all finance operations/departments
• Deep knowledge of Excel and financial modelling
• Intermediate Power

• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Fluent English (speaking and writing) is required; Portuguese or Spanish is highly appreciated
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build, grow solutions and business reach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across the organization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions
• Autonomous, ownership, multitasking, openness to feedback, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and continuous improvement mindset
• Digital proficiency and openness to new technologies
• Experience in international and/or remote teams is a plus
