Experis is recruiting for a multinational industrial company that is establishing a new subsidiary in Portugal. This is a unique opportunity to join the management team responsible for setting up the company, building the infrastructures, and driving excellence in production and profitability.

As Finance Manager , you will oversee all financial aspects of the company, both internally and externally, while reporting directly to the corporate headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, banking, cash flow, budgeting, controlling, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
• Oversee costing, supplier contracts, and financial reporting.
• Support
  - making by providing accurate and timely financial insights.
• Contribute to the establishment and optimization of processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Certified Accountant.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in industrial companies, preferably within an international corporate structure.
• Strong background in accounting, banks, cash flow, costing, budgeting, profitability analysis, controlling, KPIs, statutory compliance, and supplier contracts.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory);
  
  knowledge of Priority ERP is an advantage.
