Are you a finance professional with a strong background in audit from a Big 4 firm? Our client, a
- established financial services company based in Lisbon, is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Finance Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role:

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health and regulatory compliance of the business. This is a
- on position suited to someone with a deep understanding of audit principles, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. You will report directly to senior leadership and work
- functionally across finance, operations, and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly and annual financial close process
• Oversee financial reporting in line with local GAAP and IFRS
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements
• Liaise with external auditors and regulators
• Support strategic
  - making through financial analysis and insights
• Work with
  - functional teams to optimise financial processes and systems

About You:

• Qualified accountant (e. g. , ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Background in audit with experience gained at a Big 4 firm (e. g. , Pw
  C, EY, Deloitte, KPMG)
• Minimum 5 years’ Audit experience, ideally with 1-2 years industry experience
• Financial services sector experience is highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial controls
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
