DESCRIPTION

At Hipoges, we are leaders in the management and recovery of financial and real estate assets. We are looking for a dynamic and
- driven Finance Manager in Portugal.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Accounting and Treasury areas, ensuring the quality of financial information and the efficiency of internal processes, reporting directly to the Chief of the Finance area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and optimize the reconciliation processes of managed bank accounts.
• Ensure deadlines are met and financial reports are analyzed and presented with high quality to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support financial planning and contribute to defining continuous improvement strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Accounting and Treasury team.
• Provide monthly reporting to the local and Group management team.
• Work closely with operations teams, ensuring that the improved procedures are understood and implemented.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in audit (preferably with a Big Four firm).
• At least 3 years of experience managing and leading teams in similar positions.
• Experience in the financial, real estate, or asset management sectors will be valued.
• Knowledge of consolidated reporting and taxation is a plus.
