Job Description

As a Finance Master Data Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining, governing, and optimizing finance data. You’ll collaborate with business process experts and contribute to both daily operations and strategic projects - ensuring high standards of data quality, compliance, and efficiency.

In your new role you will:

• Perform changes in SAP master data as required by business processes in Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with internal controls
• Assist business process experts and Finance Master Data Governance in defining and documenting standard operating procedures, process flows, and guidelines to maintain data quality
• Contribute independently to projects related to master data - performing data analysis, cleansing, selection, preparation, stakeholder review, testing, migration support, and validation
• Submit incidents and change requests to address master data needs, whether recurring, ad hoc, or related to special projects
• Support KPI reporting by recommending new KPIs, monitoring the development of existing ones, preparing KPI reports, and keeping stakeholders informed
• Extract and prepare data as required for analysis or reporting

Your Profile

You bring strong analytical skills, a
- oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of SAP and
- related processes. You can handle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. Your excellent communication skills help you collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar field of study
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Power
  Point, and Outlook
• A proactive, results-driven personality with a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• The ability to work in a structured, independent, and organized way - even when under pressure
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
