C is launching a new project within our Managed Services practice and we're hiring a motivated Finance Associate with hands‐on Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience. You'll operate in a structured, outcome‐driven Managed Services environment, delivering reliable, high‐quality finance operations for international stakeholders.

What You'll Do

- Execute day‐to‐day AP tasks: invoice validation and posting, 3‐way match, payment runs, vendor reconciliations.

- Manage AR activities: billing, cash application, collections follow‐up, customer reconciliations.

- Support month‐end close (journals, accruals), general ledger accuracy, and account reconciliations.

- Maintain vendor and customer master data;



uphold internal controls and service standards (SLAs, KPIs).

- Collaborate across Pw
C Managed Services teams to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

- 1–4 years of professional experience focused on AP/AR.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Proficiency with ERP SAP (other ERP's are a plus) and Microsoft Office skills.

- Detail‐oriented, organized, and comfortable working to deadlines in a collaborative setting.

- IFRS knowledge is a plus (exposure to reporting/close helpful).

Nice to Have

- Experience improving P2P/O2C process efficiency or using automation tools (e. G. , RPA).
