Finance Process Manager
The Finance Process Manager will be responsible for process design, documentation, transition, and optimization of finance and GBS organizations, ensuring alignment with the group's strategic objectives and leading practices.

Our client is a large organization in the Automotive industry with a global presence. The group is preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.
Description
- Manage the

- end process, including policies, process models, technology, and performance measurement. - Design, build, migrate to SSC, operate, and improve transactional processes within a global framework.
- Oversee solution governance, including enterprise models and process innovation.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders across regions to ensure global process adoption and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for standardization and simplification, leveraging automation and technology.
- Support the design of the Target IT landscape, including digital solutions and deployment roadmaps.
- Assess IT system risks and dependencies, conducting due diligence.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment for accounting processes, ensuring compliance with SOX and other standards.
- Develop and monitor KPIs.
- Partner with auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Track progress of workstreams, including technology and location assessments.
- Provide updates to Steering Committees and validation bodies (Ex
Com, Fin
Com, etc. ). - Align timelines across workstreams.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, focusing on projects, process design, and optimization in a shared services environment.
- Experience leading process improvements and shared services migrations globally.
- Strong knowledge of SOX and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics Finance modules.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
