We are looking for a Finance Project Controller

Main Tasks:

Manage financial data structures , including the chart of accounts and related referential data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

Define and maintain project methodology standards , including templates, documentation, and best practices for financial system implementations.

Support project teams by guiding on standard practices, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with established financial and data governance standards.

Implement and improve control processes , identifying areas for automation and collaborating on solutions using tools like dashboards, RPA, or AI.

Ensure regulatory alignment by updating standards and documentation to reflect evolving compliance requirements.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives , including data quality, process efficiency, and user adherence to standard principles.

Contribute to training and change management , ensuring users understand and apply standards effectively across financial systems and processes.

Main Skills & Requirements:

Experience in project management.

Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting principles.

Familiarity with financial information systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
