Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and
- focused Finance Project Manager to lead and support the successful delivery of multiple finance and operational projects across the organization.

This role will sit at the centre of our transformation agenda, driving projects related to finance operations, process automation, ERP implementations, and
- functional initiatives involving Finance, Procurement, IT, HR, and Operations.

The Finance Project Manager will act as the central coordination point, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery across all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, such as
    - related projects (e. g. recurring finance deliverables with fixed deadlines and milestones), process automation, ERP implementations, and new digital tools.
  • Own project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and budgets are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Run project meetings, track progress, and follow up on actions to keep projects moving.
  • Identify risks and issues early and drive solutions to keep delivery on track.
  • Coordinate external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Prepare clear status updates and reports for management.
  • Ensure proper documentation, change management, and handover to operations.
  • Continuously improve project delivery processes and ways of working.


Profile

  • Degree in Finance or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven experience delivering
    - functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, operations, HR, or IT.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and
    - driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in
    - paced, evolving environments and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with external vendors and consultants.
  • Familiar with project management tools and delivery methodologies (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Fluency in English is required.
