In a typical day in our team, you support the maintenance and development of our master data tools, handle tickets, perform analysis, and check our process quality through our SAP systems. You will collaborate with colleagues worldwide from diverse cultures and nationalities. Additionally, you will participate in digitalization projects related to financial processes and support the SAP S4 and Fiori transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Governance of financial processes, systems, and tools.
• Drive process automation and implement process improvement measures.
• Act as Demand Manager and interface between Accounting/Controlling, Digitalization stakeholders, and the IT community.
• Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners, including global accounting services, local management, headquarters, and other relevant departments.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to address challenges.
• Manage multiple projects and technical tasks simultaneously.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Financial Processes with a focus on R2R activities.
• Strong critical thinking,
  - solving, and communication skills; a team player with initiative and proactivity.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and learn on the job.
• Strong SAP skills (mandatory); experience with SAP MDG or other master data tools is a plus.
