Financial / Audit / Risk Analyst

We are looking for a Financial / Audit / Risk Analyst.

• Development and implementation of controls;
• Support in the creation of the new process framework inside the team;
• Contribute to the organization and preparation of Senior Management committees;
• Oversee and monitor the Group Accounting Control Plan across regions, ensuring compliance and control quality.
• Build strong, transparent partnerships with Finance teams and key stakeholders.
• Review accounting certifications, audit findings, and operational risk incidents.
• Lead governance meetings (FORCC, AFRi
  C) and drive continuous improvement of financial controls.
• Control of received invoices content, recording and maintenance of invoice data into internal system
• Compare invoice data with current contracting conditions – calculation of fees/commissions, validation of the amounts and, if discrepancies arise, investigate to identify root cause and find a proper resolution.

Social Infrastructure Finance Specialist

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project: ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for
- key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the
- standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi‑compass on the implementation of FIs; the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Duration: 15 months

Requirements:

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,
• ≥ 8 years in social infrastructure (health, education) projects,
• Experience in blending grants and FIs,
• Understanding of ESF+/ERDF policy context,
• Very good command of English and Portuguese.
