We are a
- growing international retail company with over 4, 000 stores across Europe , and we continue expanding every day. In Iberia, we already have more than 250 stores in Spain and Portugal , and we are going to open our international Tech Hub in Porto.
We’re currently looking for a Finance Specialist to support the financial operations of our stores, Tech Hub and
- office functions. This role combines both accounting and controlling responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial records while providing analytical insights to support management decisions.
What will you do as a Finance Specialist? :
Perform accounting activities such as accruals, journal entries, and
- end closing in line with company policies and deadlines.
Ensure the accuracy of financial data and documentation through regular reviews, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Support daily finance operations, collaborating closely with local teams and stores.
Prepare and assist in management reporting, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy within the Finance department.
Cooperate with auditors and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

What do we expect from you?
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Around 4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis, preferably in a multinational or shared service environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and
- end closing activities.
Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Excel and good command of ERP or accounting systems.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work effectively in a
- paced and changing environment.
