Customer Support Specialist | Banking & Financial Services

We're expanding our international Customer Experience team and looking for motivated professionals eager to grow in a
- paced, multicultural environment.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients via chat, phone, and email. Your role will be to provide accurate, empathetic, and timely support while helping resolve inquiries, manage complaints, support investigations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Deliver excellent support through chat, phone, and email.
• Manage complex cases independently, from first contact to resolution.
• Assist with investigations and dispute resolution processes.
• Support customers in sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Share knowledge and contribute to continuous team improvement.
• Adapt quickly to an evolving,
  - paced business environment.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in English (C1/C2 – mandatory).
• At least 12 months' experience in customer service, banking, finance, or insurance.
• Previous experience in Ireland or another English-speaking country (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with a strong
  - first mindset.
• Strong
  - solving and
  - making abilities.
• Resilient, adaptable, and eager to embrace new challenges.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
