Job Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing financial systems and tools:

• System Expertise: Serve as the primary expert for finance tools and software;
• Implementation and Integration: Introduce new financial software and ensure smooth operation;
• Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to finance staff on using financial tools effectively; act as the main contact for external tool/service providers and internal stakeholders;
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for finance tools and processes;
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and tool upgrades;
• Data Management: Handle user management, structural and content adjustments, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT, or related field;
• Several years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar roles;
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools (Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Treasury systems);
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across functions.
