Responsibilities

You will support the Project Manager in designing and implementing processes and tools, working closely with internal finance partners from requirements gathering to digital solution rollout. This includes defining requirements, designing solutions, coordinating with IT teams, testing, user acceptance, training, change management, and support.
As a process and system expert, you will maintain solutions, support user requests, identify improvement opportunities, and lead system evolutions or adaptations.
You will collaborate with a
- functional team to identify business deliverables aligned with sustainability goals and contribute to the Finance Transformation sustainability roadmap.
You will address sustainability impacts across the finance organization, including reporting, planning, funding & investments, tax, and compliance.
You will provide information for governance decisions related to Airbus's Sustainability initiatives.
You will stay informed about industry best practices, evolving regulations (e. G. , EU Taxonomy, CSRD, TCFD), and reporting standards (ESRS) to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Advanced Degree in Economics or Finance
Proven experience in system implementation, such as reporting, planning, or ERPs
Experience in Project Management
Interest in sustainability (ESG) and its integration into financial practices
A customer and digital mindset, capable of translating business needs into IT specifications
Collaborative and inclusive work style to work with diverse teams
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex financial concepts
Language skills:

Negotiation level in English;

French, German, Spanishare a plus
