About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Technician to join our finance team, with a strong focus on payments and receivables, as well as the analysis, validation, and request of invoices from national and international suppliers.

This role involves regular communication with suppliers from different countries, making fluency in English essential, alongside fluency in Portuguese for internal coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and control payments to national and international suppliers

- Monitor and follow up on customer receivables

- Review, validate, and reconcile supplier invoices

- Request missing invoices and financial documentation (Portuguese & English)

- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams

- Support monthly and quarterly financial closings

- Create and maintain entities in the financial management system

- Organize and archive financial and accounting documentation

Profile Requirements

- Academic background in Management, Economics, Accounting, or similar fields

- Previous experience in payments, receivables, or financial operations (preferred)

- Strong Excel skills (mandatory)

- Fluent English and fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) – mandatory

- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy

- Good communication skills, especially with international suppliers

- Proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously
