Job Description

As an Order Management for Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Finance and Procurement data in Purchase Orders, as well as supporting the stakeholders’ community with Purchase Order-related questions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Verifying and validating Purchase Order Requests and monitoring the delivery of missing information
• Supporting Purchase Order submission, change, and closing processes
• Collaborating with buyers and requestors to clarify discrepancies
• Performing basic controls on finance data

Your Profile

You are a great communicator with strong customer orientation and the ability to work independently and organize your work effectively. You are eager to learn new skills and help the team produce quality work focused on completion. We value motivation and willingness to learn over extensive experience.

You are best suited for this role if you:

• Have a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Have good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Have a good command of English;
