Job Description:

- Review and analyze actual results each month to understand the cause of variances;

- MEC (Month End Close) Prepares accurate monthly financial statements and reports

- Ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements;

- Create and publish key performance reports for all areas of operations and further provide
- depth, written and verbal analysis of these reports;

- Develops budgets, forecasts, and financial models;

- Prepare and present to management the standard monthly management financial reports and variance analysis to senior management (P&L’s, key financials metrics and other relevant dashboards);

- Cash Flow and Treasury Management;

- Implements and monitors internal control systems for SOX compliance;

- Strategic Support;

- Identifies financial risks and proposes mitigation strategies;

- Provide input on the quality of routine reporting and opportunities for improvement.

- Train managers to be more knowledgeable and confident in their use of financial tools;

- Provide support for transfer pricing calculations and segment reporting;

- Provide support to the product team in analysis of pricing trends;

- Lead and manage the global annual budget process;

- Prepare the consolidated budget: income statement; balance sheet; and cash flow;

- Prepare budget package for presentation to management, Board of Directors, investors and banks;

- Coordinate Internal Autis;

- Ensures timely resolution of audit findings.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualifications at the level of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics and/or Management, or similar;

- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in similar roles;

- Experience in an imultinacional context (Eliminatory);

- Experience with SAP software (Preferential);

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Eliminatory);

- Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English (mandatory);

- Strong analytical skills;

- Strong sense of dynamism and organization.
