CANDIDATEThe professional to be recruited will be responsible for:

• Leading the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across systems;
  
  
  
  
• Compiling and submitting departmental Balance Sheet and P&L reports to global platforms;
  
  
  
  
• Advisingthe business on accounting issues and special transactions;
  
  
  
  
• Maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders including management, headquarters, auditors, and
  - functional teams;
  
  
  
  
• Supporting the implementation of new accounting standards and business regulations;
  
  
  
  
• Performing and improving internal controls to ensure compliance and transparency;
  
  
  
  
• Contributing to special projects such as M&A transactions and regulatory changes;
  
  
  
  
• Activelyparticipating in
  - functional initiatives, including digitalization efforts within accounting.

Digital Skills & Innovation

• Promoting the use and migration to the latest SAP FI version and other digital tools to optimize accounting workflows;
  
  
  
  
• Applyingadvanced Excel and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency;
  
  
  
  
• Embracing automation, data visualization, and collaboration platforms to enhance transparency and
  - making;
  
  
  
  
• Remaining proactive and curious about emerging technologies in finance and accounting.

PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field;
  
  
  
  
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, Assurance, or similar roles;
  
  
  
  
• Solidunderstanding of accounting principles and closing procedures;
  
  
  
  
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel.
