Purpose of Position

Act as an interface with all finance teams while being a key partner with the business team, facilitating the
- making process and ensuring revenue and reporting tasks are aligned with strategy. Support the ELT in preparing revenue metrics and reporting materials, delivering these in a timely manner, and ensuring that financial and operational assessments and critical analyses of business development opportunities are executed to provide reliable indicators for business strategy planning.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Support the line manager in working with the Executive Leadership Team to formulate the business's medium to
   - term revenue, profitability, and strategic plan.
2. Identify, analyze, interpret, and report on trends in revenue, pricing, and profitability patterns.
3. Perform critical analysis of financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
4. Support the Revenue & Reporting Manager in the preparation, projection, and control of the annual budget and 10 YP, monitoring current results against budget, and producing monthly variance reports. Act as process owner for revenue forecasting and budget processes.
5. Complete the monthly rolling revenue forecast, track risks and opportunities, and identify options to deliver the plan each month.
6. Deliver standardized reporting on time each month, managing report change requests accordingly.
7. Provide detailed analysis and commentary on company and cost center revenue results.
8. Provide insights to senior management regarding modeling, forecasts, and profitability.
9. Support initiatives aimed at improving financial processes and implementing changes to achieve efficiencies aligned with the company's objectives, especially in project billing, contract compliance, financial reporting, and analysis.
10. Exercise judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work; monitor performance and report status within the area of responsibility.
11. Analyze and interpret financial and operational results, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions. Develop meaningful KPIs from the data.
12. Create and review monthly revenue reports and close accounts, providing guidance on complex accounting issues, and justify differences from previous months to ensure accurate financial indicators.
13. Provide operational and financial metrics, along with analytical and reporting tools, to support business
    - making.

Education

Bachelor's in Economics or Management

• Good financial, accounting, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with analytics tools
• Fluency in Business English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
