Location: LACS, Cascais (Portugal)

Employment Type: Onsite (2 remote days/week after 6-month probation)

Contract Type: 12-month contract with potential for renewal

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm

About the Role

Our client is, a
- growing superfood company, are looking for a proactive and
- oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of their finance operations from the ground up. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting business strategy through insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Process and account for invoices, payments, and expenses in compliance with tax regulations

Reconcile current accounts (clients and suppliers)

Upload and manage payments via home banking

Provide support for financial and administrative matters

Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts

Conduct trial balance analysis and prepare financial statements

Prepare and present regular cash flow reports to support business decisions

Assist in developing and improving internal financial reporting tools

Handle routine
- related administrative and compliance tasks

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related field

3–5 years of
- on experience in Portuguese financial operations

Solid understanding of invoice processing, account reconciliation, and treasury management

Desired Skills

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English

Comfortable working independently and adapting in a

Proficiency with financial software and Excel
