- quality products for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at an early stage of development in finance operations. As a Finance Analyst, you will handle key financial tasks and reporting to ensure smooth operations. You will have the chance to contribute to an evolving financial structure, offering insights that drive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Operations - Daily Tasks:

• Accounting for invoices and expenses (compliance with tax regulations)
• Reconciliation of current accounts (clients and suppliers)
• Accounting for payments and receipts
• Uploading payments in home banking
• Supporting financial and administrative matters

Financial Operations - Monthly tasks:

• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and income statement
• Trial balance analysis and preparation of financial statements

Reporting:

• Cash flow reports to support business strategy

Administrative & Bureaucratic tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in Portuguese finance operations, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and treasury management
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, management and economics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial insights clearly
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT :

• Onsite
• 2 days of remote work per week (starting after the 6-month probation period)
• Location of employment : LACS, Cascais
• Working hours : (Mon to Friday) between 9am-6pm
• Contract type : 12month w/possibility to be renewed
• Work tools : provided by company
• Portugal relocation package (negotiable)
