The aim of the role is to analyze, execute, and provide all financial data (payments identification, allocation, reconciliation) and support in administrative portfolio bookkeeping and collections. Financial reporting considering the company’s goals and financial standing. Identify and drive process improvements, including the development of automated reports. The Financial Analyst shall comply with internal procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Payments identification and allocation in collections
• Reconcile bank accounts by comparing and correcting data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Invoice analysis and processing payments
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, invoicing, and accounting entries
• Collect and provide financial data; coordinate with other departments across countries
• Identify issues and implement process improvements

Academic Education / Experience

• Minimum 12th grade; preferably a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, preferably in cash allocation and collection management
