Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all lease administration / financial duties, including AP/AR.
- Ensure compliance with financial property management policies and procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental directives.
- Preparation of operating and capital budgets, track variances, perform year‑end reconciliations, and ensure smooth recovery process.
- Accurately abstract all property leases in lease administration software.
- Maintain interface with third‑party owners and accounting team to ensure total contract compliance, including preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Participate in financial and client team meetings and ensure effective communication between accountants and property management team members to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants, clients and third‑party entities.

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- 1‑3 years of real estate financial management, admin or related financial experience.
- Strong knowledge of finance.
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and deliver.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Yardi would be a plus.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment in the greater Lisbon area. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, videoconference and phones.
