Financial Assistant

to join our finance team If you're passionate about numbers, financial processes, and helping businesses run smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Activities

• Assist with
  -
  - day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations of Inlife and AMS.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in the
  - end and
  - end closing processes.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Help with financial audits and tax filings as needed.

Profile and skills to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (internships count).
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
