Sterisets Manufacturing, a company of the STI group dedicated to the manufacture of medical
devices, is recruiting for a Financial Assistant position (M/F/D) for its facilities in Penafiel, Portugal.
With more than 30 years of existence, from our locations in the Netherlands and Portugal, we serve
our customers who extend geographically to more than 60 countries.

What will you be doing?

• Perform various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the department's routines.
• Carry out bank and credit card reconciliations with rigor and attention to detail.
• Efficiently manage current supplier accounts, ensuring that information is
  -
  - date and reliable.
• Posting and accounting for purchase invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts, contributing to informed
  - making.
• Processing and validating financial data, ensuring its integrity and consistency.
• Monitoring and managing financial contracts (such as rents, energy services and other contractual obligations).
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in internal processes and collaborating in their implementation.

• You have Bachelor or comparable level of education
• You have perfect knowledge of the English language
