Job Description

What Are We Hiring?

We are seeking a financial assistant to support our financial department. Your responsibilities will include budget analysis and monitoring, report management, and liaising with partners and suppliers.

What Will You Do?

• Collect and input data for financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist in budget creation and analyze actuals versus budgets.
• Manage data, records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and error checking.
• Create and update cost and sales analysis reports for departments.
• Monitor accounts payable and follow up on issues with suppliers or partners.
• Prepare and oversee accruals and deferrals.
• Suggest improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Adhere to financial policies and procedures.
• Provide information for audits and support internal and external communications.

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For?

• Student, recent graduate, or master's student (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Additional Information

Location: Office at Nova SBE (Hybrid)

Salary: Remuneration package including meal allowance and health insurance.
