- oriented, analytical, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!Location:***Porto*** **What You’ll Do:*** Produce timely and accurate management control reports for Head Office. * Drive forecasting and budgeting processes. * Monitor and analyze headcount and expenses (actual vs. forecast/budget). * Deliver regulatory reports in line with local compliance standards. * Implement controls and ensure reporting accuracy. * Collaborate across Finance and other teams to validate data and improve processes. * Support top management with ad hoc analysis and insights. **Perfil** **What You Bring:*** **Bachelor’s degree** in Finance, Management, or Accounting. * Strong skills in **financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting**. * **Advanced Excel expertise** (including Power Query, automation, and file optimization). * Fluent in **English**. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
