Job Description

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive business decisions and optimize performance. The position entails managing financial budgets, forecasting, and accounting processes, as well as analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, leading
- saving initiatives, and providing financial guidance to support strategic business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in financial controlling and contribute to the company's financial success.

In your new role you will:

• Support in the development and preparation of IFX financial plans and budgets
• Compile and review the budgets for the respective parts of the organization, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income
• Conduct financial analysis such as forecasts, trend analysis, or internal gap analysis
• Support
  - making by measuring the company's performance based on actual figures and planning
• Be responsible for conducting analysis and promoting efficiency throughout the processes
• Contribute to projects: Independent delivery of milestones
• Understand other financial areas to support
  - making and
  - solving
  
  

Your Profile

You possess excellent financial acumen and analytical skills, enabling you to interpret complex financial data and inform business decisions. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including management, accounting, and auditing teams, to ensure seamless financial control and reporting.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar field of studies
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge and understanding of IT tools – advanced skills in Excel and experience in SAP would be a plus
• Good analytical and
  - solving skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
