Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development, preparation, and analysis of
- related elements to ensure timely and
- quality information. - Analyze variances between budgets and actual costs, providing management with insights to act on identified deviations.
- Ensure and monitor monthly reporting with management indicators, providing accurate and timely information for business analysis and control.
- Process and consolidate data to enable effective analysis and control of various components.
- Prepare and develop analysis and reporting routines to identify potential risks, propose solutions, and monitor their implementation in line with management guidelines.
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
- Management control and financial analysis – experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and corporate finance – to accurately interpret financial data.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools – such as advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP.
- Data processing and consolidation skills – to transform scattered information into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) – to support
- making. - Accuracy and attention to detail – essential for ensuring the reliability of financial information.
- Analytical and critical thinking – to interpret data and propose
- based solutions. - Planning and organizational skills – to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and synthesis skills – to present complex information clearly and accessibly.
- Adaptability and resilience – to thrive in dynamic and demanding environments.
Qualifications
- Degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in management control, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
