About The Job
Produce financial analysis to enhance the performance of the different business units and help them take the best decisions based on timely and accurate reports. Work actively as a finance business partner.
Your Main Activities Are
- Monthly and quarterly closing - process, controls & follow up
- Closely
- up with the business SPOCs & beneficiaries on their financials and answer their queries - Participate in accruals process calculations and invoicing of the services that Portugal provides to all the entities worldwide
- Support the modelling of forecasting and budgeting processes
- Work closely with internal clients to build their forecast/budget
- Ensure proper calculation and allocation of expenses
- Assist in analysis and presentations preparation
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- Advanced level of English fluency, both oral and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, Word and Power
Point - Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
- Reliability and capacity to deliver results with strict deadlines, polyvalent, flexible and able to adapt

In addition to the local business, we provide dedicated support to hosted services, particularly in tax and tax invoicing.
